DUCKS Take Flight 2025 INFORMATION FOR ATTENDEES

We look forward to seeing you on Sunday night and welcoming you to our event. It has truly been a stellar year for Oregon Athletics and we look forward to celebrating with you.

Everything You Need to Know

Our event begins Sunday night at 5:30 PM with check in and cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
Allow extra time as you will need to stop at the Security Station upon arrival and indicate you are there for the Oregon Club event.
Proceed through the gates to the Ballroom.
There is plenty of parking available close to the Ballroom.
At check-in we can swipe your credit card for the silent and oral auctions and bidding on the opportunity to have our guest coaches,student athletes and AD staff join your golf group. This makes checkout at the end of the evening much quicker.
Dinner is a buffet and will be available starting at 6:30 PM
Golf check in will begin at 7:30 AM on Monday and we’ll have breakfast and coffee available
You can pick up your tee prize at check in on Monday morning.
There will be beverages and snacks available on the golf course
Post golf we will have lunch and a brief awards presentation.
Our event will conclude by 3PM on Monday

The fine print:

We cannot accommodate any walk-ins for this event • Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted at Blackhawk • Only service animals are allowed on premises • Golfers only are allowed on the golf course
